Karen Henrich

Karen has over 25 years of experience in technical sales and training. Karen received her undergraduate degree in communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo in 1989. Karen has run several for profit and non-profit organizations throughout her career and came aboard to direct MV&C in 2009.
Karen founded two non-profit organizations, Moment by Moment and Swing Into Action. In addition to these specific charitable organizations, Karen regularly volunteers her time at local churches, hospitals and schools.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]
Scott Henrich

Scott has over 25 years of experience in engineering (Black & Veatch/MWH) and product sales and engineering. An engineering graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Scott’s product expertise includes gas meters (Itron, Dresser, American Meter), gas regulators (Itron, American, Pietro Fiorentini), gas electronics (Eagle Research and Mercury Instruments), and water meters (Elster/Amco Water).
Scott has volunteered teaching hours for PHCC organizations across the western United States. He has been called upon by the ASPE to deliver several engineering presentations and has attended classes at American Meter, Dresser, Eagle Research, Pietro Fiorentini, Itron, Filter Fab, WGMSC, AGA, APGMSC, and others.
Scott has served two non-profit organizations, Moment by Moment and Swing Into Action. Mike Whitlatch

After nearly a decade as a field service technician, Mike has spent the last ten years of his career in sales and business management. Mike is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and is NATE certified in heating and air-conditioning service and installation.
Mike has years of experience in upper management and is a firm believer in the power of the team to achieve organizational goals. For Meter, Valve & Control, Mike leads the staff of engineers and sales professionals to deliver great customer service and quality products. He considers himself a mentor and strongly believes in paying it forward with exceptional training and ongoing education.
Mike’s community involvement includes contributions to The American Diabetes Association. He’s also certified in Computer Programming, Sports Medicine, and is a Search and Rescue First Responder previously.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]
Dan Whaley

A graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, Dan’s Bachelor of Science degree is in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry. A recent addition to the Meter, Valve & Control team, Dan was a recipient of the Toledo Rocket Gold Scholarship as well as the Toledo First Generation Scholarship.
Dan’s Project Engineering and field experience includes serving Plastic Technologies Inc. in Ohio as well as Brumco Construction. With exceptional customer service skills and expertise in plastics and polymers, Dan brings a unique perspective and focus to Meter, Valve & Control.
Dan is proud to have been a Red Cross Blood Drive volunteer and donor and has participated in various team sports.
